The Sordian chronicles
The Sordian chronicles is an original series, brought to you by the combined efforts of Thane Attor and yours truly.
None of these books are currently published. However I hope to release them as soon as possible.
Scepter of Blood
Geof paled, "You're bluffing”. He stuttered.
Mystic leaned her elbows on the table, staring at him with piercing gray eyes. "Maybe. But is that a risk you're willing to take”? She whispered, the slightest hint of a smile touching her lips.
She has been called many things, traitor, thief, mercenary, monster, soldier, and at times she has been each. But when her past comes back to haunt her Noir must go against all her training and join the kingdom who exiled her kind. She can no longer hide in the shadows. For everything that was hidden has be brought out into the light.
Forsaken Legacy
It was monsoon season again. The blood that had stained battlefields had been washed away and the world made new, but scars still remained. Too many people dead. Too many friends gone.
Noir is facing an entirely new threat to her existence, politics. Her hands stained with blood and her people in peril, Noir must learn how to survive within the treacherous walls of Zion. The war is won but the battle is far from over and now she must wade through a sea of lies, falsehoods, and assassination plots in an attempt to keep the peace as a new monarch ascends to the throne of Sordia.
a Killer's Crown
“What is it you want from me”? Noir asked, taking another long sip of her mead.
The woman leaned in closer. “My son is in danger”.
“Tell me why I should care”.
Noir has vanished from Sordia. And in the Highlands a new mercenary has begun making a name for herself. Some call her the Nomad, others the Lone Wolf. A woman without a people. A woman behind a mask. A woman who has caught the interest of Queen Lauraline. How far will a mother go to protect her son?
Throne of Stars
"This is it," she whispered in wonder, looking up from her maps to stare through the brambles and thorns at the rusted iron door. "the Lost Library"
Lady Nova Prime of the castle of Tähed, only daughter of the Lord and Lady of the Highlands. Nova never minded living in her elder brother's shadow, in all honesty she rather enjoyed it. Free from his courtly duties and the eye of the people she was able to pursue her own fascination with the history of the realms and the stars. But fate had a different destiny in store for her, when in the depths of her greatest archaeological find she found a long forgotten record of a people that were never supposed to have existed. A people, who wanted to stay forgotten.
The Rising
"Fire and flame, broken and betrayed. To the foundation of the world where once was laid. A knife through the heart of the seven moons, Cinders rise above the dunes. A temple, a promise, a bottle, an Ageless. Tell the tale to the Faceless. Oh woe to he who ventures near, For he shall know the meaning of fear."
Azzara Blithe didn't ask for her lineage. To be obligated to serve the very people who condemn her kind. She promised her mother she would never be beaten, never bend a knee to those who made their life miserable. And she intended to keep it.
Voyage to Abemrud
“There’s a whole new world out there Viva. New islands and adventures just waiting for us.” Alister leaned out over the railing of the ship. Letting his hair ruffle in the breeze.
“The world doesn’t go on forever Davi, Some day we’re going to sail right over the edge.”
Alister Davion wanted to sail to the edge of the world. Legends tell of a paradise just past an endless waterfall. A world with fruit so sweet that every other taste was like sand. A world where you could run and never tire. A world that no one was sure existed. There is a reason people fear the sea.
The Library
“Ignorance is a tool used by the wicked to control the weak.” At least that’s what the Dáskalos used to say.
I idolized them. Their calm and gentle manner, strong and solid, wise beyond belief. I idolized them, until I didn’t. They were right about one thing: Ignorance is a tool used to control the weak. But I am not weak. I will never be weak.
Torryn always wanted the title of Dáskalos. An exclusive and honorable title awarded only to those who place knowledge above all else. But with knowledge comes power, and with power comes responsibility.
There is some knowledge too dangerous for any mortal. Our minds are far too warped to be divine
Burning Angel
“Before there was war there were rumors. Before there was rumors there were accusations. Before there was accusations there was fear. Fear drove us to this.”
Sera was seven years old when the first soldiers began imprisoning her people. Threatening them. Lynching them. She was eight years old when the king proclaimed an official decree that her kind were to be slaughtered on sight. She was Nine years old when they took everything from her. They did this. But now with her people starving, dying, abandoned behind the Barrier Sera recites an oath that will decide the fate of her people. She will protect them, because they are all she has left.
The Soldier
“It says here that you joined the military joint of the Academy when you were seven years old. That’s rather young for a recruit Mr. Carr”. She glanced up at him. “It also says that you have consistently scored high in your classes.”
Dame Galaxy closed her file and took off her spectacles. “So let me ask you this. How does one of my most talented students get wrapped up in something like this”?
“Honestly Ma’m? I don’t know”.
Alaric Carr, a complicated past with an uncertain future. A boy, a student, a warrior, a strategist, a Genikral. He devoted his life to the art of war, but how far is he willing to go?
Thane Attor - Eminence of Time, A Martyr of Time, and more.

The beginning of the Sordian Chronicles
Thane and I have known each other for a very, very long time. We've grown up together, laughed together, cried together, and we created the Sordian Chronicles together. What started out as a game we played in our backyards turned into a dream that we could barely touch. Always just a little out of reach.
When we started this journey we were overexcitable twelve year olds with vivid imaginations. Fern, Kevin, Paint, Garthmore, and Moonbeam were our first characters. The Golden age; the story, the characters, were much much different then they are now. Yet even now they are beacons of light and hope in dark times. They grew as we did, shifting and changing far beyond what we ever expected.
Thats when we created the Dark ages storyline, Katara, Alex, and Zalo, all came out of a really dark time in our lives. I was struggling through suicidal thoughts and tendencies, and Thane was helping another friend of ours out of self destruction. These characters were, and still are, representations of who we thought we were when no one was around.
As God guided us through our trials we created the Underground and Discovery storylines. One about a rebel who strived to change the world as she knew it, and the other about a woman who loved to learn. We took inspiration from them, shaping and molding our universe with maps, detailed history, and cultural quirks that help bring each and every story to life.
It was only these last two years that we created the Origin storylines. We wanted to explore more of the world and cultures we had created. In this collection of short stories and novels we explore beyond the four corners of the Sordian borders to discover the many cultures hidden in the hills, forests, seas, and deserts, of the Realm. From the very edge of the world, to within the kingdom’s turbulent political systems the Origin storylines dive deep into the lives of ordinary people within the world we created. We believe that everyone has the potential to be a main character, and showcase it through the many incredible characters we write.
